What Is Your Motivation?
According to google the definition of motivation is "The reason or reasons one has for acting or behaving in a particular way." So what is your reason? What keeps you going when times get tough? What makes you determined to wake up everyday and reach for your goals?
Your motivation does not have to be one thing. If you are lucky you may have plenty of motivations that keep you going in life. For instance, your motivation could be your family. Spending time with your family is very important and it will help keep you going in life. This is because spending time with your family and having some giggles will help relieve your stress. Plan something with your family like looking at old pictures or go out and make some new memories together. Having a close bond with your family will always help motivate you to become a much happier person.
Another thing that can keep you going in life is YOU.
if you plan out a healthy lifestyle for yourself it will defiantly motivate you to accomplish great things. In order to do this you must find yourself a routine, wake up in the morning with a smile, get some exercise, and eat a healthy yet delicious meal. Although you may not be able to do this every day, on the days that you are free try to stick to that routine and it will help you become a much happier person. You can also try to find some time for yourself! you can do this by simply taking a walk or a bath. Its very necessary for you to find some time for yourself so you can live a much healthier lifestyle.
To end this little motivational writing that I wrote I decided I would share some of the things that I do to help keep myself motivated. One thing I do to stay motivated is that every night before I go to sleep, I try to release any grudges that I may have held because I was mad at someone. This really helps because sleeping with a clean heart can make you feel a lot more comfortable and a lot happier. Another thing I do before I sleep is that I try to plan one fun thing Ill do tomorrow, This does not mean you have to go to some cruise it doesn't mean you have to go anywhere at all. It can be something as simple as baking some brownies or inviting some friends over. This has helped me stay motivated to living a much happier healthier lifestyle.
